Add text watermarks to your images to protect your content and establish ownership.

Overview

The Watermark Image tool allows you to:

  • Add custom text watermarks
  • Control opacity and rotation
  • Position watermarks precisely
  • Create tiled/mosaic patterns

Supported Formats

  • JPG / JPEG
  • PNG
  • WebP

How to Use

  1. Select the Tool - Click on "Watermark Image" from the Images category
  2. Upload Your Image - Drag and drop or click to browse
  3. Configure Watermark:
    • Enter watermark text
    • Adjust opacity
    • Set rotation angle
    • Choose position or enable mosaic
  4. Process - Click "Process Now"
  5. Download - Save your watermarked image

Watermark Options

Text

Enter the text to display as watermark. Common options:

  • Your name or brand
  • "CONFIDENTIAL"
  • "SAMPLE"
  • "DO NOT COPY"
  • Copyright notice

Opacity

Control watermark visibility (10-100%):

  • 10-30% - Subtle, barely visible
  • 30-50% - Visible but not distracting
  • 50-70% - Clearly visible
  • 70-100% - Very prominent

Rotation

Rotate watermark text (0-360°):

  • 0° - Horizontal
  • 45° - Diagonal (recommended)
  • 90° - Vertical
  • Custom angles available

Position

Choose from 9 positions:

[1] [2] [3]   Top-Left, Top-Center, Top-Right
[4] [5] [6]   Middle-Left, Center, Middle-Right
[7] [8] [9]   Bottom-Left, Bottom-Center, Bottom-Right

Mosaic Mode

Enable to tile watermark across entire image:

  • Repeats watermark in grid pattern
  • Covers entire image surface
  • Better protection against cropping

Technical Details

  • Uses Canvas 2D rendering
  • Dynamic font sizing based on image width
  • Supports custom colors
  • Preserves original image quality

Best Practices

  • Use 30-50% opacity for balance
  • Diagonal watermarks are harder to remove
  • Center position protects main content
  • Mosaic mode for maximum protection
